Li, Jiliang Biography
Born in 1948 in Hebei, China, Mr. Jiliang Li is a professional artist at China-Russia Artist Base Camp of Creation, a member of Heilongjiang Artists Association and Harbin Artists Association in China. He currently resides in Harbin, and spends all his time in his art studio creating beautiful new works.
